Description
Common name: Sea Mayweed. Lus Bealtaine.
General:
Erect to procumbent short lived perennial. Daisy like flowers, white petals and yellow centre, with wispy fine succulent leaves.
Benefits:
Great for hovefiles and other insects.
Habitat:
Normally close to the coast, thriving on shingle but grows well around the edges of grassy paths etc.
Sowing guidelines:
Sow from late autumn to early spring in trays or modules, prick out into modules, then plant out when large enough.
Cultural history:
Avg contents: 20 seeds.
