No return policy
To ensure the quality of the seed that we supply we do not accept returns. If we send you the wrong seed through our error we will send the correct seed at no cost to you.
We make germination tests on each batch of seed we produce and only those that have a minimum of 85% germination success are sold. Some species lasts longer than others and the conditions they have been stored in once they leave us has a direct bearing on germination. Please store your seed in a COOL, DRY, MOUSE FREE place OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT until you sow it. If seed you purchase from us does not live up to your expectation and you can see no reasonable explanation as to why it failed to germinate we offer a no quibble guarantee; please let us know and we will replace it, by emailing email@example.com providing the species and the batch number from the packet. This enables us to check the packed date and track any batch problems.
Seed counts on the packets should be regarded as approximate. Flowers may vary slightly from the pictures on the packets due to genetic variation.
