Refund policy

We make every effort to ensure seeds leave us in perfect condition. Please store your seed in a COOL, DRY, MOUSE FREE place OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT until you sow.
If seed you purchase from us and it does not live up to your expectation, and you can see no reasonable explanation as to why it failed to germinate we offer a no quibble guarantee. Please let us know what the problem has been by sending a description of the problem and we will replace it, email info@trueharvestseeds.co.uk providing your receipt, the species and the batch number from the packet. Because seeds are living entities, we time limit returns to 3 months after purchase.

Germination testing

We make germination tests on each batch of seed we produce and only those that have a minimum of 85% germination success are sold. Some species seed last longer than others and the conditions they have been stored in once they leave us has a direct bearing on germination.

Seed counts on the packets should be regarded as approximate. Flowers may vary slightly from the pictures on the packets due to natural variation.
